Healthy Garlic Spinach & Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 10 oz fresh baby spinach
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Mushrooms
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add mushrooms and cook:
5–6 minutes
Until browned and tender.
Step 2: Add Garlic
Add minced garlic.
Cook:
30 seconds
Until fragrant.
Step 3: Add Spinach
Add spinach a handful at a time.
Stir until wilted.
Cook:
2–3 minutes
Step 4: Season
Add:
- salt
- black pepper
- lemon juice
Stir well.
Step 5: Serve
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Serve immediately.
