Ingredients
Salmon & Vegetables
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to:
400°F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Step 2: Prepare the Salmon
Place salmon fillets on one side of the baking sheet.
Drizzle with:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- lemon juice
Season with:
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- paprika
- black pepper
- sea salt
- minced garlic
Step 3: Prepare the Asparagus
Place asparagus on the other side of the pan.
Drizzle with:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Season lightly with:
- salt
- pepper
Add lemon slices over the salmon and asparagus.
Step 4: Bake
Bake for:
12–15 minutes
The salmon should flake easily with a fork and reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
Step 5: Serve
Serve immediately with:
- brown rice
- quinoa
- side salad
Optional:
Add an extra squeeze of fresh lemon before serving.
