Ingredients
For the Scallops
- 1½ pounds large sea scallops

Apple Slaw
- 1 Granny Smith apple, julienned
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- Pinch of salt
Old Bay Crema
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Assembly
- 8 brioche slider buns
- Lemon wedges
- Fresh dill
Instructions
Step 1
Pat scallops dry and season with Old Bay, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook scallops 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Step 3
Combine apples, cabbage, dill, vinegar, honey, and salt to make the slaw.
Step 4
Whisk together Greek yogurt, Old Bay, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and garlic to make the crema.
Step 5
Toast brioche buns.
Spread Old Bay crema on both sides.
Add 2–3 scallops to each bun.
Top with apple slaw and garnish with fresh dill.
