- 24 Eggo Minis Homestyle Waffles
- 12 breakfast sausage patties
- 6 large eggs
- 6 slices American cheese, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Toast the Waffles
Toast waffles until golden brown and slightly crisp.
Set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Sausage
Cook sausage patties over medium heat:
4–5 minutes per side
Until fully cooked.
Step 3: Cook the Eggs
Melt butter in a skillet.
Scramble eggs until fluffy.
Remove from heat.
Step 4: Assemble
Place one waffle on the bottom.
Layer:
- sausage patty
- scrambled eggs
- half slice cheese
Top with another waffle.
Step 5: Melt the Cheese
Place sliders on a baking sheet.
Bake at:
350°F for 3–4 minutes
Until cheese melts.
Step 6: Serve
Drizzle lightly with maple syrup if desired.
Serve warm.
