- 3 lbs snow crab legs
- 12 oz smoked turkey sausage, sliced
- 4 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 1½ lbs baby potatoes
- 1 lemon, sliced
Cajun Garlic Butter Sauce
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Garnish
- Fresh parsley
- Extra lemon wedges
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to:
400°F
Lightly grease a large baking dish.
Step 2: Boil Potatoes
Boil potatoes for:
12ā15 minutes
Drain and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
Mix together:
- melted butter
- garlic
- Cajun seasoning
- Old Bay
- paprika
- garlic powder
- pepper
- lemon juice
Step 4: Assemble
Add to baking dish:
- potatoes
- corn
- sausage
- crab legs
Pour sauce evenly over everything.
Step 5: Bake
Cover with foil.
Bake:
25 minutes
Remove foil and bake:
5 more minutes
Step 6: Serve
Top with parsley and fresh lemon.
Serve hot with extra garlic butter for dipping.
