šŸ„©šŸ«› Loaded Green Beans & Shaved Steak Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shaved steak (Wagyu or shaved beef steak)
  • 2 lbs fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Potatoes

Boil potatoes for:
12–15 minutes

Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Brown the Steak

Heat olive oil in a large skillet.

Add shaved steak.

Season lightly and cook:
4–5 minutes

Remove and set aside.

Step 3: Cook the Green Beans

Add butter, onions, and garlic.

Cook:
3 minutes

Add green beans and ½ cup water.

Cover and cook:
10–12 minutes

Step 4: Combine Everything

Add:

  • potatoes
  • steak
  • remaining seasonings

Mix well.

Cook another:
5 minutes
