Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

Step 1: Add Ingredients

Add to a blender:

  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • banana
  • almond milk
  • Greek yogurt
  • honey
  • chia seeds
  • protein powder
  • ice


Step 2: Blend

Blend on high for:
45–60 seconds

Until smooth and creamy.


Step 3: Serve

Pour into a glass.

Garnish with:

  • fresh berries
  • chia seeds

Serve immediately.
