Creamy Shrimp & Salmon Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
Seafood
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- ½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Seasonings
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Cucumber Salad
- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- ½ red onion, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
Creamy Dressing
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dill seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
Step 1: Season the Seafood
Season salmon and shrimp with:
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- paprika
- salt
- pepper
Step 2: Cook the Salmon
Heat skillet over medium heat.
Cook salmon:
4–5 minutes per side
Remove and flake into chunks.
Step 3: Cook the Shrimp
Cook shrimp:
2–3 minutes per side
Until pink.
Step 4: Make the Dressing
Whisk together:
- Greek yogurt
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- lime juice
- garlic powder
- dill
- salt
- pepper
Step 5: Build the Salad
In a large bowl combine:
- cucumbers
- red onion
- parsley
- avocado
Top with:
- salmon
- shrimp
Drizzle dressing over everything.
Toss lightly.
